What countries do you ship to?

Affirmations Cosmetics ships within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally, but we plan to ship to most countries in the future.

How long before I receive my order?

Processing time for orders is typically within 3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may vary during pandemics, holidays, restocks, promotions, launches, limited releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days.

Affirmations Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, pandemics, air/ground transportation, strike/delays or transfer from USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen or delayed packages during transit by USPS and UPS. Affirmations Cosmetics is not responsible for items once delivered to the address listed.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS and UPS.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

Once you place your order. It is final. Orders can not be changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address and double check. Affirmations Cosmetics will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Affirmations Cosmetics will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect or incomplete provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen or delayed packages during transit by USPS. Affirmations Cosmetics is not responsible for items once delivered to the address listed.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us at help@affirmationscosmetics.com with your inquiry.

NOTE: Affirmations Cosmetics is not responsible for order delays caused by your email filters preventing our emails from reaching you. We encourage you to please adjust your spam filter setting so that you can receive emails from our Affirmations Cosmetics email addresses. Also, please check your junk/spam folder.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please log into your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled within 3 business days, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

You can track your order via USPS directly at https://usps.com/tracking

Once tracking is received, it is between you and USPS to ensure the order package(s) arrive.

My package tracking shows no movement, what should I do?

Please send an email to help@affirmationscosmetics.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carriers tracking information.

Do you offer returns?

All Sales Are Final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please note there may be normal variation in the color, texture and aroma of our Affirmations Cosmetics products from batch to batch due to the nature of the product. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. AFFIRMATIONS COSMETICS reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days from the date it was delivered. Requests received after this time frame is no longer eligible for review. Customer must provide us with multiple photos of the damaged product(s) and a picture/screenshot of your order confirmation email to help@affirmationscosmetics.com

NOTE: We are not able to offer a refund on unauthorized order package(s) returns. Order package(s) returned without authorization will be discarded.

I refused my delivery, where is my refund?

If an order package(s) is returned to Affirmations Cosmetics due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer or the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the outbound/return shipping cost and any additional delivery cost. We will refund the original payment method, less the original shipping fees which are non-refundable when the package(s) has been returned to us. We will issue store credit if your original payment method is not available. Refused delivery will incur a 30% restocking fee. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 7 days from the date it was delivered, at help@affirmationscosmetics.com. Requests received after this time frame is no longer eligible for review. Customer must provide us with multiple photos of the damaged product(s) and a picture/screenshot of the order confirmation email to help@affirmationscosmetics.com

I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please contact help@affirmationscosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can help you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item(s) you received.

Can I use a promo code after checkout?

Customers are required to use promo codes at checkout. If a promo code is not used at checkout, we are not able to redeem it after your order has been placed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit card online payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and more…

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.

How do I create an account?

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, click here. You will then be prompted to enter your email address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on that page.

How can I subscribe or cancel my email subscription?

You can easily subscribe to emails by visiting AffirmationsCosmetics.com and using the sign up form located at the footer on the bottom of the page. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the “Unsubscribe” link within the email.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts applied to customer’s orders are added while supplies last and are not guaranteed. Products cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Affirmations Cosmetics product availability is limited and may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.
