AFFIRMATIONS COSMETICS INFLUENCER AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR FUTURE REFERENCE. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFFIRMATIONS COSMETICS INFLUENCER AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY AND TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PRIVACY POLICY (AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY EMAIL, AT LEGAL@AFFIRMATIONSCOSMETICS.COM, AND WE WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THE AFFIRMATIONS COSMETICS INFLUENCER AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

AFFIRMATIONS COSMETICS INFLUENCER AFFILIATE PROGRAM: Promo Code and Commission

  • Commission will only be paid where your Promo Code was used by Social Followers (Beauty Social Content Creators) and Readers (Beauty Bloggers). Any sales made using your Promo Code via voucher code or discount websites will not form part of this commission program and you will not receive commission on such sale(s).
  • You may be invited to participate in our commission program. If you are invited, to participate, you will need to sign-up and create an account.
  • Upon successful completion of sign up, you will be given a unique affiliate link and promotional code, offering an introductory 10% discount to your Social Followers (Beauty Social Content Creators) or Readers (Beauty Bloggers) once for their first order.
  • The Promo Code may be shared with only your Social Followers (Beauty Social Content Creators) or Readers (Beauty Bloggers). The Promo Code is not to be shared via voucher code websites, nor sold or exchanged for monetary or other value. Affirmations Cosmetics reserves the right to rescind the offer at any time if we deem the voucher code is misused, or if we discontinue, limit or change the terms of Affirmations Cosmetics Ambassadors & Partnerships Affiliate Program.
  • In order for the Social Followers (Beauty Social Content Creators) or Readers (Beauty Bloggers)to redeem a Promo Code that person must:
  1. A) Make a purchase on the www.affirmationscosmetics.com website for the Product, not redeemable on gift cards, discounted product or to be used in conjunction with another promo code.
  2. B) Redeem the Promo Code before the expiry date stated with the Promo Code.
  3. C) Be a new customer for Affirmations Cosmetics (e.g. they cannot have an existing http://www.affirmationscosmetics.com account under an alternate email address) and the Promo Code can only be used once and for their first purchase. The Promo Code cannot be used by the Social Followers (Beauty Social Content Creators) or Readers (Beauty Bloggers) on already-discounted products, nor in conjunction with any other offer or code.

You must make the above requirements clear to your Social Followers (Beauty Social Content Creators) or Readers (Beauty Bloggers) at the time you provide them with the Promo Code.

Commissions will be paid as outlined upon sign up to the program.

Commissions shall be payable once a month when the minimum threshold is met. Upon signing up to our Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program you will have access to a unique dashboard page to view your referrals and pending commission.

If form of payment details for payout is not provided below or at the $500 threshold after 180 days, payout will be voided/canceled and subject to account closer. 

Re-sell

Products purchased via the Promo Code are for personal use, and none of the foregoing may not be resold or exchanged under any circumstances. Any returns will take into account the discount that was applied. If we become aware that you or one of your Social Followers (Beauty Social Content Creators) or Readers (Beauty Bloggers) are selling the Products we reserve the right to revoke the Promo Code and Commission with immediate effect. We also respectfully point out the damaging effect this could have on our relationship going forward.

Shipping, Taxes and Returns

Promo Codes do not apply to any shipping costs. All other purchase terms and conditions and terms of use are available at www.affirmationscosmetics.com website. Commission excludes shipping, taxes and returns from referral purchase.

Promotional Emails

A key benefit of becoming an Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate is that you get to hear about our new products, special offers and helpful tips. We need your consent to send you these promotional emails, which you will have already provided if you opted-in to receiving marketing emails when you signed up to the Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Program. If you didn’t opt-in and would like to receive these emails, please contact us at AffiliateProgram@affirmationscosmetics.com

You can change your mind about receiving these promotional emails and stop them at any time by contacting us AffiliateProgram@affirmationscosmetics.com or by using the unsubscribe function on any promotional email.

Information provided by affiliates by which they can be identified will be used in accordance with the Affirmations Cosmetics privacy policy.  

Affirmations Cosmetics reserves the right to modify the terms of this Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice, and any substantive changes will be communicated to you via an email.

The Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program membership is offered at our discretion, and Affirmations Cosmetics reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promo Code and Commission at any stage without prior notice.  

Account inactivity after 30 days will be subject to account closer. 

HOW WILL YOUR DATA BE USED

AFFIRMATIONS COSMETICS LLC will be the data controller of the personal data you provide to us when you apply to become an Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate and, if you are successful, of any personal data you provide to us whilst you are a member. Our contact details are:

The personal data which you provide when you apply to become an Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer is necessary to allow us to assess whether you are eligible to become an Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program member.

If you are successful, the personal data is also necessary for us to enter into an agreement to register you as an Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program member and in order to complete your registration and to administer the Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. This will include using your email address to let you know whether your application to become an Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program member has been successful and, where necessary, to provide you with further information about the Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program.    

The Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program is run by Affirmations Cosmetics. To participate in the Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program, you will review and consent to the Affirmations Cosmetics Influencer Affiliate Program terms aforementioned and privacy policy.
